On April 20, the theme was "metaphors". Our Toastmaster, Ken, handed out a sheet of metaphors and there were lots of laughs as we tried to use them in the introductions and table topics led by Helen. We were delighted to see our old friends Rosario, Phil and Darren and we welcomed new members Karen and David. In her 10th speech for her CTM, Darlene encouraged us all to experience that perfect moment when we are doing our best, doing something we love, and it feels good! Next week's speakers are Phil and Darlene.
